Deluxe Villa No. 10 is situated in the small town Mandre, on the island of Pag, that offers a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.
It is both designed and run by a family of four, whose father is a former athlete and which, therefore, spent a great part of their lives travelling across the world, with little time for vacation. What vacation meant for this family was travelling to a place on the Adriatic coast whenever the father was allowed to. Even though the vacation never lasted long due to the father's football duties, over the years they tried to visit as many places and islands on the coast as possible. After a long search for the most peaceful place, one day they sailed into Lučica, the small harbour of Mandre. Immediately they knew that this was the place they were looking for and that they wanted to spend every vacation in this beautiful, green oasis of calm. The family and their friends first built their own holiday house, but after a couple of years spent in Mandre, they decided to offer the same pleasure to other people who want to visit this place, as well.
The former athlete brought together his love for football, family and the Adriatic Sea and opened the villa on the island of Pag, run by himself and his family. Alongside other football motifs found in the villa, the most important motif is number 10, which was the father's jersey number, as well as the jersey number of many successful footballers, both in Croatia and across the world. Since the villa is run by the family, they've decided to make it a warm, family place so the building consists of 10 apartments and rooms, decorated in a modern way. Number 10 is therefore contained in the villa's name as well, combining the family's vision and the design of the villa.
